LEGO Mural Project

Be a part of something awesome!

Help ExWorks, in partnership with Intrepid Credit Union, build a GIGANTIC LEGO mural by donating your used (or new) LEGOS!

We will need a total of 77,000 (yes, 77,000!) LEGOS for a 16 foot tall mural that will be displayed in ExWorks. All colors and shapes needed!

Everything is awesome when you’re part of a team!

How to donate:
Bring your used LEGOS to ExWorks beginning August 2nd and drop them in the color-coded donation bins just inside our front entrance. Unsure what types of LEGOs we’re looking for? Email us at info@explorationworks.org and one of our team members will get back to you.

What types of LEGOs are needed for the mural?

  • We need all kinds of LEGOs to make this mural as out of this world as can be.

  • New or used LEGOs are welcome.

  • Colors needed (the entire rainbow!): Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Red, White, Grey, Black, Transparent

  • We need LEGOs of all shapes and sizes. Bricks, beams, plates/flats, and studs will meet our needs best, but all LEGO types are welcome.

Where do I bring my LEGOs to donate them?

Our donation bins will be located near the front entrance of ExplorationWorks. The bins will be organized by LEGO colors.

Do I need to sort the LEGOs before I donate them?

Our donation bins will be organized by LEGO colors. Before your donation, you can sort them before you donate or have some fun sorting them while at ExplorationWorks.

These LEGO kits, or these LEGO kits, would be a fantastic contribution to this project. If you’d like to make a monetary donation to this project, you can do so here.

Where will the LEGO mural be located?

The LEGO mural will be on the wall near the stairwell right as you walk into ExplorationWorks, covering the wall at a giant 16 foot height.

When will this LEGO mural be completed?

77,000 LEGOs is A LOT to collect! Our hopes are to be done by Summer 2023, but we need your help to make our goal possible. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a BIG difference!
